What This Agreement Establishes
By registering, you enter into a lawful broker-consumer relationship with Iron Mountain Realty LLC, through Associate Broker Judy Beltran acting under the supervision of Principal Broker Matthew Leeper, solely for the purpose of accessing MLS listing data.
What This Agreement Does NOT Do
This agreement does not create an agency relationship, representation agreement, or fiduciary relationship. You are an unrepresented consumer accessing data for personal use. There is no financial obligation. A separate written Buyer-Broker Agreement is required for representation services.
Your Acknowledgments
By accepting, you acknowledge that:
- Data is for personal, non-commercial use only
- You have a bona fide interest in buying, selling, or leasing real estate
- You will not redistribute MLS data
- The MLS holds a valid copyright in its database
- You authorize MLS compliance monitoring of this platform
Data Accuracy
Listing data is deemed reliable but not guaranteed accurate. Data is refreshed every 3 days. Nothing on this platform constitutes brokerage advice.
Privacy
Your information will not be sold. It may be disclosed to the MLS upon lawful request, and to Iron Mountain Realty LLC for responding to property inquiries.
Contrasena Expiration
Your password expires every 90 days per MLS rules. Records are retained for 180 days after expiration.
